1. Financial Analyst
Qualification: CA / MBA
Experienced required: 1-4 years

- Willingness to travel, understand and appreciate the work done at grass root level by small companies
- Ability to work efficiently with different teams

Candidates having good knowledge regulatory norms (RBI, SEBI) may be given preference. Further, candidate with experience in analyzing companies in financial sector (MFIs, NBFCs, HFCs and Banks) could also be preferred.
Job Description
• Preparing focused credit/investment reports on the basis of analysis, discussions, research and due diligence
• Financial statement analysis and ratio analysis
• Interacting with Senior management of clients and investment committee
• Due diligence at grass root level

2. Research Associate
Qualification: Com / CA Inter
Experienced required: 0-2 years
Must Haves:
- Very good at MS Excel skills
- Reasonable English Communication skills

• Collation of data from publicly available information such as financial statement of companies, websites of companies, industry associations and other sources
• Regularupdationof databases
• Data analysis
• Assist senior team members in writing research papers / industry analysis note / company analysis note
• Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Writing reports on performance of certain industries / sector
3. Executive – Due Diligence
Qualification: CA / MBA
Experienced required: 1-4 years

- Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and regulations (RBI, SEBI norms)
- Attitude to learn from diverse set of people
- Ability to appreciate different ways of doings things, identifying the risks and mitigating factors for differing processes
- Willingness to travel, understand and appreciate the work done at grass root level by small companies
Job Description
• Undertaking due diligence of underlying companies on behalf of equity / debt investors. Underlying companies will be across sector / industries. However, preference will be given to candidate having experience in analyzing companies in financial sector (MFIs, NBFCs, HFCs and Banks)
• Preparation of due diligence report
